About Us

My name is Arlene Shiratori-Wong, I’m the owner of Travel Products Hawaii. I’m also the Regional Sales Manager in Hawaii and Guam for some of the most popular and leading manufacturers of accessories like: Travelon, FitKicks, Flipple, Running Buddy, My Bunjee, and XtremeCables.

Prior to starting my own business, I worked in the travel industry for over 20 years. Some of my previous employers include Robert’s Hawaii Tours & Travel, Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, and Hawaiian Airlines — so, I understand what it’s like to travel a lot. I also understand what people need to stay organized, safe, and comfortable while traveling. As exciting and fun as traveling can be, it can also be quite stressful to the mind and body. That’s why I love helping people find great products so they can explore the world, do their business, and visit their families without being tired or losing their precious valuables.

On a personal note, I also suffer with chronic sciatic back and foot pain. I’ve tried many other different brands and products to help relieve my pain and discomfort, so I can:  sit for longer periods of time without causing a dull ache in my lower back, stand without numbing in both of my feet, and sleep better at night. Unfortunately, I was always disappointed and still feeling a lot of pain and no relief.

As a result, Travel Products Hawaii was born. I personally test and travel with each of the products before I decide to represent them. I understand that it can be difficult to find products that work well and do the job promised on the packaging. I’ve made it my mission to find great quality products which not only help me, but also help others find relief, comfort, and keep safe. Ultimately, my goal is to help others find a better quality of life. While many of the products showcased here are perfect for traveling on an airplane, in a car, on a train, on a boat, etc. — they are also great for everyday use!
